Our team of staff, per diem, intern, and volunteer chaplains are on site during regular work-hours. In addition, we have a chaplain on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Within 30 minutes, the on-call-chaplain can be on site in a health crisis, end of life situation, or other emergency. A chaplain might be called to bless a baby who is critically ill, attend to a family whose loved one has recently sustained trauma, or to offer a ritual/spiritual practice to an elderly patient when his or her health has taken a sudden turn for the worse. In a larger-scale emergency, all TCC personnel are educated in disaster response procedures and are able to assist in appropriate ways.
